Hiring: Telecaller
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team for our Fabric Welding Facility.
Job Role:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Follow up with customers and leads
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain call records and customer information
Work Location:
The selected candidate will be based either at our Office or Kalher Factory, depending on operational requirements.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Email)
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
