The Opportunity

Someone who can turn insights into ideas, products into stories, and campaigns into conversations.

What You'll DoBrand & Content
- Develop creative campaign ideas that strengthen the Bubble Me brand.
- Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, Email, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Write compelling captions, ad copies, campaign messaging, blogs, and product storytelling.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators to produce engaging marketing assets.
Growth & Performance Marketing
- Support Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for engagement, conversions, and ROAS.
- Analyze customer behaviour and marketing data to identify growth opportunities.
Influencer & Community Building
- Identify and collaborate with creators, wellness experts, and brand advocates.
- Build authentic influencer partnerships and manage user-generated content initiatives.
- Engage with our growing community across digital platforms.
Product Launches & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute exciting product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Brainstorm innovative ideas that generate buzz and customer excitement.
Research & Innovation
- Stay updated on digital trends, consumer behaviour, wellness innovations, and competitor activities.
- Bring fresh ideas inspired by global D2C and lifestyle brands.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Passion for wellness, lifestyle, skincare, or D2C brands is a bonus.

- Launch campaigns that drive engagement and business growth.
- Help strengthen Bubble Me's brand presence across digital platforms.
- Build meaningful relationships with creators and our community.
