Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Content Creation: Design engaging graphics for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), digital ads, website banners, and email campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold our brand guidelines across all marketing materials and collateral.
- Print Design: Create offline marketing assets such as brochures, flyers, banners, and packaging materials as required.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm creative concepts and execute campaign visuals.
- Revisions & Formatting: Edit and refine existing designs based on feedback, and ensure final assets are correctly formatted for their respective platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- Education/Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer. A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
- Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma or Canva is a bonus.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative conceptualization and execution across digital and print media (please include a link in your application).
- Skills: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and current visual trends.
