Trainee engineer-Compressor
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Engineers to join our Compressor Service Team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to build expertise in industrial compressor systems used in mining and construction applications.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of compressors used in mining and construction applications.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Conduct equipment inspections and monitor compressor performance parameters such as pressure, temperature, airflow, and operating hours.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with service, spare parts, and customer support teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Adhere to OEM quality standards, safety procedures, and site regulations during field and workshop operations.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
- Assist customers and equipment operators with operational and maintenance-related support.
- Develop technical knowledge of compressor systems, pneumatics, diagnostics, and field service practices.
Qualification required:
- Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
