Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead membership sales, client engagement, and revenue growth at Club 72 Gym. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, handling walk-ins and inquiries, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate gym memberships and achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle walk-in clients, leads, calls, and WhatsApp inquiries
- Explain membership plans, offers, and fitness packages to clients
- Maintain follow-ups with prospects and existing members
- Lead and motivate the sales team to improve conversions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with operations and front desk teams for smooth member onboarding
- Conduct promotional activities, corporate tie-ups, and marketing campaigns
- Ensure proper CRM data entry and lead management
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in gym, fitness, hospitality, or retail sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good leadership and team-handling ability
- Knowledge of CRM and basic reporting
- Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
