Job Description:
Bozito Studios is seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing graphics. You will be responsible for creating engaging designs for both digital and print media, working closely with our creative team to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Visual Designs: Develop original and eye-catching designs for various projects, including websites, branding materials, social media assets, brochures, advertisements, and more.
- Branding and Identity: Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms, maintaining high-quality standards and brand guidelines for both Bozito Studios and client projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm and implement design solutions that align with project goals and client needs.
- Conceptualize Ideas: Take part in ideation sessions to contribute fresh and innovative design concepts that resonate with the target audience.
- Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and objectives, ensuring that the final product meets or exceeds expectations.
- Revisions and Feedback: Handle design revisions based on client feedback and internal team reviews, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of final designs.
- Prepare Files for Production: Ensure that final design files are prepared and organized for both print and digital distribution, following proper specifications.
- Stay Current with Design Trends: Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance the quality and creativity of the designs.
- File Management: Organize and maintain design files, ensuring accessibility and proper version control.
Requirements:
- Should have 1-3 years of experience.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate design ideas effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of web design principles and UI/UX is a plus.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
