Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Customer Relationship Executive to manage client bookings and communications. You will be responsible for calling clients, handling container booking inquiries, and managing email correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Outreach: Call existing and potential clients to secure container bookings.
- Email Coordination: Send quotes, booking confirmations, and schedules via email.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer queries regarding shipping timelines and documentation.
- Data Logging: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and booking statuses.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or logistics.
- Communication: English and Hindi (written and spoken).
- Language Advantage: Fluency in Tamil is highly preferred.
- Skills: Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel and Outlook) and polite phone etiquette.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience).
