Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Store Keeper to manage the daily operations of the restaurant store. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, stock control, vendor coordination, and must possess excellent Microsoft Excel skills for maintaining accurate inventory records and preparing reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials, food items, beverages, and other supplies.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely updating of inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Purchase Department of reorder requirements.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices are followed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain inward and outward stock registers with complete accuracy.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and restaurant departments for timely material issuance.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage conditions in the store.
- Ensure proper documentation of Goods Received Notes (GRN), invoices, and stock transfer records.
- Minimize wastage and report damaged or expired stock to management.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, Data Validation, Filters, Basic Charts, and Inventory Tracking).
- Good understanding of inventory management and stock control.
- Knowledge of FIFO and FEFO inventory systems.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with inventory/POS software is preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper in the hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or food & beverage industry.
- Experience with inventory software will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
