Job Title: Production Officer – Fresher
Department: Production (API Manufacturing)

Reports to: Production Supervisor / Production Manager
Job Purpose:
To support and assist in day-to-day production activities in the API manufacturing plant, ensuring adherence to cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards while gaining hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing production activities as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
- Support the operation and monitoring of equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and other utility systems.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and safety norms.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for production activities.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Engineering teams to ensure smooth production processes.
- Participate in training programs on equipment operation, safety, and process optimization.
- Follow Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines within the plant.
- Report deviations, breakdowns, and abnormalities to the supervisor immediately.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, quality, and safety.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
