HMC SETTER CUM PROGRAMMER
- SHOULD HAVE 10+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HMC SETTING AND PROGRAMMING.
- STRONG KNOWLEDGE IN HMC JOB SETUP AND CAM PROGRAMMING
- Implementing and ensuring SAFETY, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO EnMS 50001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 system requirement and TPM requirements.
- 5's implementation.
- Measurement & Manufacturing feasibility report preparation as per print requirement
- Fixture design confirmation as per document
- Tool list preparation & Tools drawing verification and approval
- Tool package preparation and verification
- Fixture drawing verification & approval
- Process sequence preparation and finalization
- Machining program & cad cam program to make as per target cycle time
- Quality requirement to be fulfill as per customer requirement
- Improvement activities in all type of machining like TC, VMC, HMC, Conventional machines
- Cycle time reduction to improve CPC (Cost per Component)
- Confirmation for on time delivery at development part
- Training for new parts to setters & Operators
- Improvement activities for regular running parts and new development parts
- PPAP and APQP requirement fulfillment
