Job Title: Telugu & Kannada Speaker Telecallers
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers who are fluent in both Telugu and Kannada. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, generating leads, and providing excellent customer support over the phone.
Location: Erode (solar)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on experience)
Experience: Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally
- Explain products and services clearly to customers
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
Skills Required
- Fluency in Telugu and Kannada (Mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work under targets
