Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in the preparation, production, and presentation of bakery and confectionery items while maintaining quality, consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards. Responsibility level varies by designation (Commi I senior, Commi III entry-level).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts as per standard recipes.
- Assist in dough preparation, mixing, proofing, baking, and finishing.
- Ensure proper ingredient measurement and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Follow FIFO and proper storage procedures.
- Support team operations and minimize wastage.
Role Levels
- Commi I: Independently handles production; supervises junior staff (2–4 years experience).
- Commi II: Assists in production; handles basic tasks independently (1–3 years experience).
- Commi III: Entry-level support role; assists with preparation and cleaning (freshers may apply).
Requirements
- Bakery/Culinary certification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
