We are looking for a data-driven and growth-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Executive who can manage paid ads, SEO, CRM automation, and lead nurturing systems to drive high-quality admissions.
This is a performance-focused role where the key objective is:
Lower CPL, improve conversion rate, and scale revenue profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing (Meta & Paid Ads)
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads
- Manage webinar campaigns, lead generation funnels
- A/B test creatives, audiences, landing pages
- Optimize for:
- CPL
- Cost per webinar registration
- Cost per admission
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining ROI
SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and execute SEO strategy
- Keyword research for education & career guidance topics
- Optimize website pages and blog content
- Improve rankings & organic lead generation
- Technical SEO audits
CRM & Automation
- Manage CRM workflows (Lead nurturing, tagging, segmentation)
- Experience with tools like:
- LeadSquared
- Zoho CRM
- HubSpot
- Build:
- Email automation sequences
- WhatsApp drip campaigns
- Webinar reminder sequences
- Ensure fast lead response & proper funnel tracking
Growth Marketing & Funnel Optimization
- Improve landing page conversion rates
- Increase webinar show-up rates
- Optimize full funnel:
- Ad → Landing → Webinar → Calling → Admission
- Track and analyze funnel metrics weekly
- Work closely with admissions & sales team
