Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell the society's financial products and services to potential clients.
* Conduct direct field marketing and client visits to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
* Meet and exceed monthly business targets set by the organization.
* Manage overall branch coordination and team operational workflows (for Branch Manager applicants).
Job Details & Benefits:
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 05:30 PM
Leave Policy: 2 days off per month
Nature of Work: Primarily field-oriented work along with office coordination
Training: Comprehensive job training and guidance provided by the organization
Salary: Attractive salary packages matching position and experience
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong willingness and passion for field sales and customer acquisition.
* Prior experience in sales, banking, or the financial sector is preferred (Freshers are also welcome to apply).
* Possessing a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred for field mobility.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
