Position: Data Entry Intern
Location: T. Nagar, Chennai (Temporary – Work at office)
Department: Delivery & Operation
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: 16,723 (10% TDS Deduction Applicable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify system-generated data against the original PDF documents.
- Compare extracted values with source data to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, or incorrect data generated by the system.
- Manually correct any deviations found during the validation process.
- Ensure all mandatory fields are accurately populated according to business rules.
- Perform quality checks before data is approved for downstream processes.
- Report recurring extraction issues and provide feedback to improve system accuracy.
- Maintain productivity and quality metrics while adhering to defined SLAs.
- Document validation findings and escalate complex issues when required.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to compare and validate data efficiently.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, web-based applications).
- Strong reading and comprehension skills.
- Ability to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality.
- Good communication skills.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience working with PDF documents and data extraction tools is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-generated or OCR-extracted data validation is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,723.00 per month
