Job Title: Cafe Manager
Job Summary:
A Cafe Manager oversees the daily operations of a café, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, food and beverage quality, and profitability. They create a welcoming environment for customers while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily café operations and ensure smooth service.
- Supervise, train, and schedule café staff.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor food and beverage quality standards.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control stock levels.
- Handle cash transactions, budgeting, and sales reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Develop marketing and promotional activities to increase sales.
- Monitor expenses and improve profitability.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
