Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented ERP Implementer to handle implementation, training, and support activities for Finance and HR modules of our ERP solution. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand business processes, configure the ERP system, provide user training, and ensure successful implementation.
The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge in Finance and/or HR operations along with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
ERP Implementation
Understand client business processes and implementation requirements
Configure ERP modules related to Finance and HR
Coordinate with internal technical and support teams
Conduct ERP demonstrations, user training, and onboarding sessions
Finance Module Activities
Support implementation of accounting, billing, GST and financial workflows
Understand customer finance operations and suggest best practices
Assist users in reports, MIS, and financial process handling
HR Module Activities
Configure and support HR, payroll, attendance, leave, and employee management modules
Help clients streamline HR operational workflows
Support employee onboarding and payroll process configuration

Required Skills
Good understanding of Finance and/or HR processes
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to interact with customers professionally
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Basic knowledge of ERP software implementation is preferred
Travel to customer site

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA / BBA / BCA / MCA or related degree
1–3 years of ERP implementation/support experience preferred
Freshers with strong domain knowledge can apply
Knowledge of Tally, ERP, HRMS, Payroll, or Accounting Software
