Key Responsibilities
1. Hospital Partnerships & Closures
- Identify and approach hospitals (multi-specialty, specialty, nursing homes, etc.)
- Present SkillTyro’s healthcare skilling programs
- Close hospital tie-ups for:
o Clinical training support
o Seat commitment / workforce demand mapping
o Placement partnerships
- Negotiate commercial and operational terms
2. Demand Seat Creation
- Map department-wise manpower demand in partner hospitals
- Secure written/confirmed seat commitments for courses
- Build structured demand pipeline aligned with intake planning
- Maintain hospital database (beds, departments, HR contacts, demand cycles)
3. Placement Support & Network Management
- Coordinate student interviews within partner hospitals
- Align trained students to available roles
- Track placement conversions and joining confirmations
- Maintain long-term relationships with hospital HR and administrators
4. Follow-Up & Reporting
- Maintain detailed trackers for:
o Hospital outreach
o MoU status
o Seat demand commitments
o Placement outcomes
- Provide weekly updates to leadership on closures and pipeline
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Education:
Experience:
- Institutional partnerships: 2 years (Preferred)
- Hospital business development / Healthcare sales: 1 year (Preferred)
