Key Responsibilities
- International Engagement: Connect with prospective customers in the UK market via outbound calls.
- Lead Conversion: Turn warm/qualified leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication.
- Solution Selling: Deeply understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Target Achievement: Confidently handle objections and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
- Data Integrity: Maintain precise CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in B2C or B2B sales / telesales.
- Skills: Exceptional persuasion skills and a "closer" mindset.
- Technical: Hands-on experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
