Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BDE / BDM to drive sales growth and manage client
relationships. The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and
the ability to coordinate with doctors and internal teams to achieve business targets.
Work Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets
- Coordinate with doctors for sales meetings, demos, and follow-ups
- Visit clients regularly for business meetings, presentations, and relationship management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Update and manage leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in Zoho CRM
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–7 years of experience in sales / business development
- Experience in Medical or Real Estate sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred)
- Willingness to travel and visit clients as required
- Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA in Sales or Marketing (preferred)
