You’ll manage reception, admin tasks, and keep the office running smoothly. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Reception & Guest Management*: Greet visitors, handle calls, schedule appointments, manage visitor logs 2. *Admin Support*: File documents, manage emails, data entry, prepare reports, maintain office supplies 3. *Communication*: Act as liaison between departments, clients, and management. Handle queries professionally 4. *Scheduling*: Manage meeting rooms, calendars for executives, and coordinate office events 5. *Cash/Billing*: Handle payments, invoices, petty cash if required 6. *Office Maintenance*: Ensure reception area is tidy, functional, and welcoming *Required Skills:* - *Communication*: Fluent English + Malayalam. Good phone etiquette - *Computer*: MS Office, email, basic data entry. Tally/CRM is a plus - *Organization*: Multitasking, time management, attention to detail - *Personality*: Polite, presentable, problem-solving, confidential *Qualifications:* - Degree/Diploma in any field. BBA/BCom preferred - 0-2 years experience. Freshers with good communication skills also welcome - Age 20-30 typically, but depends on company
