What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
- Create and execute sales & marketing strategies to grow market share.
- Manage P&L for the branch and ensure profitability.
- Build strong customer relationships and loyalty programs.
- Track and analyze sales revenue, market trends, and competition.
- Launch innovative initiatives to enhance dealership operations.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales & marketing.
- At least 2 years in a managerial role within a leading automobile dealership.
- Graduate or Diploma.
- Age 35+ preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and build teams.
- Strong business networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and modern business practices.
