Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to ensure successful completion.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data pipeline development and optimization.
- Ability to design and implement scalable data solutions in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline workflows.
- Competence in troubleshooting and performance tuning of data analytics platforms.
