Missions
Main Responsibilities:
Collect and consolidate data from various sources (Iceboard, ITSM tools) and integrate them
into KUBE.
Design, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Ensure data quality and correct anomalies (checks in Unity).
Organize and lead synchronization meetings with control towers.
Prepare presentation materials (slides) and present part of the results to top management.
Coordinate information gathering across multiple departments (monthly email requests,
follow-ups).
Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools.
Profile
Technical Skills Required:
Proficiency in Power BI (creation, maintenance, optimization of reports).
Knowledge of ITSM tools and reporting environments.
Solid understanding of databases and data consolidation processes.
Ability to identify and correct data anomalies.
