About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should love working with young children and be committed to creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
Foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
Maintain classroom discipline with warmth and patience.
Observe and track children’s progress and development.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s learning and well-being.
Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and activities.
Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children in the classroom.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or Montessori training preferred).
Prior experience in preschool or primary teaching is an advantage or fresher can apply too.
Good communication skills in English.
Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Passion for early childhood education.
