- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare salary proposals and release offer letters.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
