Job Description
We are seeking a performance-oriented Business Development Associate to oversee the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to successful deal closure. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, with the ability to independently manage digital marketing initiatives, generate qualified leads, and convert them into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email outreach and targeted lead generation strategies
- Identify and focus on relevant industries and customer segments to build a strong sales pipeline
- Drive lead management activities, including nurturing and conversion through calls, emails, and regular follow-ups
- Manage the end-to-end sales process independently, from initial prospecting to final closure
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate product value to potential clients
- Engage with clients through virtual and in-person meetings as required
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued business growth
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets while contributing to overall revenue objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, IT products, or services
- Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and successfully converting leads
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience in executing email marketing and outbound sales campaigns
- Ability to deliver clear and compelling product demonstrations, especially for technical solutions
- Familiarity with AI technologies or SaaS platforms is an added advantage
- Comfortable handling client interactions across calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Willingness to travel based on business requirements
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
