A Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, presenting products or services, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying business opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹10,000.47 - ₹40,000.51 per month
