Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Relationship Managers for Branch Banking Sales. The role involves managing premium customers, driving revenue, and offering suitable financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage high-value customers
- Drive sales of banking products (CASA, Loans, etc.)
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Branch Banking Sales
- Currently employed (mandatory)
- Minimum current CTC: ₹7 LPA
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Candidates from Insurance background will not be considered
- Outstation candidates not preferred
Preferred Profiles:
- Personal Banker / Preferred RM
- Branch Relationship Manager
- Portfolio Manager
- Candidates managing AUM in banking or financial sector

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
