We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.
Duties
- Supervise and motivate a team of retail associates
- Implement sales strategies to achieve store targets
- Oversee inventory management and ordering processes
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training development
- Manage payroll and scheduling efficiently
- Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of inventory management practices
- Excellent math skills for cash handling and financial reporting
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Organizational skills to maintain store operations smoothly
- Ability to train, develop, and lead a team effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
