We are seeking a highly experienced (3 to 6 years) and technically strong BIM professional to lead and optimize our BIM and digital workflow ecosystem.
As a BIM Workflow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and improving BIM processes across projects — ensuring efficient data flow, model integrity, quantity accuracy, and seamless coordination between design, QS, and consultant teams.
You will play a strategic role in bridging design intent with structured data, transforming Revit models into intelligent information systems that drive decision-making, BOQ accuracy, and project efficiency.
This role demands deep expertise in Revit, BIM standards and workflow optimization within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage BIM execution strategies across projects.
- Create and standardize Revit templates, families, parameters, and workflows aligned with company BIM standards.
- Ensure model accuracy, data consistency, and proper parameter management for reliable quantity take-offs and BOQ generation.
- Optimize Revit models for scheduling, cost analysis, and coordination.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary BIM collaboration between architecture, MEP, structure, and consultants.
- Establish and monitor BIM quality control procedures and model audit systems.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose digital solutions to improve productivity.
- Train and mentor teams on advanced Revit and BIM best practices.
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong and proven experience in Revit and BIM environments (Architecture focus preferred).

- Revit Families (system & loadable)

- Schedules and quantity extraction

- View templates & documentation standards
- Experience in BIM execution planning and model management.
- Knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQ workflows, and coordination processes.
- Strong understanding of project documentation standards (GFC, IFC, etc.).
- Experience in multidisciplinary coordination.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
