Job Description – HR Executive
Experience- 1 to 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
- Post job openings on job portals and track applications effectively.
- Coordinate and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Maintain employee attendance records and basic HR documentation.
- Assist in issuing offer letters and completing joining formalities.
- Coordinate employee verification and background check processes.
- Handle HR-related emails, internal communication, and reporting to management.
- Respond to incoming calls and queries related to job vacancies.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth joining process for new employees.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and email correspondence.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Professional conduct with a strong sense of confidentiality.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
