The Store Manager is responsible for handling overall showroom operations, achieving sales targets, managing staff performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes inventory management, billing supervision, cash handling, MIS reporting, and maintaining smooth day-to-day store operations while using modern software and AI tools for operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Manage showroom staff, attendance, and discipline
- Handle stock management and inventory accuracy
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and Tally operations
- Prepare MIS reports using Excel and reporting tools
- Be familiar with software systems, AI tools, and digital retail operations
- Utilize AI tools for reporting, communication, and operational support
- Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve escalations
- Ensure showroom cleanliness, display standards, and compliance
- Support marketing activities and business expansion initiatives
