Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated AI / Generative AI Engineer/Data Scientist with hands-on work experience in building intelligent, scalable AI applications. The ideal candidate should have strong foundations in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and practical exposure to LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI systems, along with experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions using Python
- Build and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases and LLMs
- Implement Agentic AI systems using frameworks for task planning, tool usage, and multi-step reasoning
- Develop backend APIs using Flask (or similar frameworks) for AI services
- Perform prompt engineering and optimize prompts for accuracy, performance, and cost
- Work with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate Machine Learning and Deep Learning models
- Deploy and manage AI workloads on Azure or other cloud platforms
- Implement and work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and ACP (Agent Communication Protocol) or equivalent agent orchestration approaches
- Monitor model performance and reliability in production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience building REST APIs using Flask
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering
- Knowledge of Azure or any major cloud platform (AWS/GCP)
- Strong fundamentals in Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Practical experience with RAG architectures and vector database
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
