Position Overview
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our interior design firm. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, coordinating with potential clients, supporting sales activities, and building strong customer relationships to help grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new client leads through calls, references, social media, and site visits
Explain company services and schedule meetings for the sales/design team
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication
Coordinate with the design and sales team for client requirements and project updates
Maintain client database and update daily follow-up reports
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations
Build and maintain good relationships with customers and channel partners
Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional events
Achieve monthly lead generation and business targets
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Confident and positive attitude
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
Interest in interior design and construction industry
Qualification
Any Degree / MBA / BBA / Marketing background preferred
