We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and creative Senior Manager – Graphic Design with strong leadership skills and up-to-date industry knowledge. In this role, you will lead the design function, guide a team of designers, and ensure all creative output aligns with client objectives and brand identity while delivering high visual impact across print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Direction & Strategy

Lead the ideation and development of visual concepts based on client briefs and marketing objectives.

Plan and oversee design concepts by studying brand guidelines, market trends, and campaign goals.

Ensure all creative solutions are aligned with brand positioning and overall communication strategy.
2. Design Quality & Execution

Demonstrate strong graphic design skills with a robust portfolio across digital, print, branding, and campaigns.

Review, refine, and approve design work produced by the team, ensuring creativity, consistency, and attention to detail.

Oversee creation of graphics and layouts for logos, social media, websites, presentations, and marketing collateral using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, etc.

Guide the team on layout, typography, sizing, and style, and ensure final layouts are thoroughly reviewed and improved where needed.
3. Team Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor and upskill junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Allocate and manage design tasks, timelines, and priorities across multiple projects.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Web Development, Content, and Performance Marketing teams to translate requirements into impactful visuals.

Proactively support team and organizational goals, stepping in wherever needed to ensure smooth delivery.
4. Client & Stakeholder Management

Own end-to-end design communication with clients—from understanding requirements to presenting creative concepts.

Discuss possibilities, deliverables, and timelines with clients and internal stakeholders, setting clear and realistic expectations.

Present design options and rationales confidently and handle feedback constructively to refine and finalize outputs.
5. Vendor & Production Coordination

Coordinate with external agencies, printers, production teams, and other creative partners as required.

Oversee preparation of final artwork for print and digital, ensuring all technical specifications and production standards are met.
6. Innovation & Industry Awareness

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies (CorelDRAW, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.).

Encourage experimentation and fresh thinking within the team while maintaining brand consistency.
7. Professionalism & Ownership

Maintain high standards of professionalism regarding time, cost, and deadlines.

Take complete ownership of the design function for assigned brands/clients, ensuring consistent quality, timely delivery, and strong visual identity.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design – B.Des, M.Des, Diploma in Graphic Design, or any relevant design qualification from a recognized institution.
Experience: We are looking for professionals across all experience levels in the Design category, with a hands on experience in the design field, preferably in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
Skills & Competencies

High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (knowledge of After Effects / Premiere Pro is a strong plus).

Strong command over design tools, systems, and workflows for both print and digital media.

A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, conceptual thinking, branding work, campaign creatives, and multi-platform design.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain clearly and defend design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders.

Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of print production processes (formats, color profiles, print specifications, finishes, etc.) will be considered an added advantage.
