To supervise and control a specific production process, ensuring that the assigned operation is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards while meeting production targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Control
- Operate and supervise the assigned process area.
- Ensure process parameters are maintained as per SOP.
- Monitor product quality during processing.
- Identify and immediately report process deviations.
Production Execution
- Execute daily production plans for the assigned process.
- Ensure material availability before starting operations.
- Achieve hourly and daily production targets.
- Minimize material losses and process wastage.
Manpower Management
- Supervise operators and helpers working in the assigned area.
- Allocate tasks and monitor productivity.
- Train operators on process SOPs and safety requirements.
Quality & Food Safety
- Follow GMP, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment.
- Complete process records and checklists accurately.
- Coordinate with QC for in-process approvals.
Equipment Monitoring
- Conduct start-up and shutdown checks.
- Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns.
- Coordinate with maintenance for repairs and preventive maintenance.
Documentation
- Maintain production logs and process records.
- Record downtime, rejections, and wastage.
- Submit shift-wise reports to the Production Manager.

QualificationsEducation
- Diploma / ITI / B.Sc. / B.Tech in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
