Job Description – Thermic Fluid Heater Operator

Key Responsibilities:

 Operate Thermic Fluid Heater (TFH) as per standard operating procedures

(SOP).

 Monitor temperature, pressure, fuel supply, and circulation pump

performance.

 Ensure proper heat transfer oil circulation to refinery, deodorizer, and

other process equipment.

 Maintain required process temperature for edible oil processing.

 Perform routine inspection of thermic fluid heater, pumps, pipelines, and

valves.

 Check thermic fluid level, leakage, and contamination regularly.

 Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of TFH system.

 Ensure proper functioning of safety devices, gauges, and control panels.

 Maintain daily logbook of temperature, pressure, fuel consumption, and

operating parameters.

 Record maintenance activities and operational abnormalities.

 Report equipment issues to the utility supervisor or maintenance team.

 Monitor supply and consumption of fuel.

 Ensure proper fuel feeding and combustion efficiency.

 Follow plant safety rules and fire safety procedures.

 Immediately report leakages, overheating, or abnormal vibrations.

 Knowledge of thermic fluid heater operation.

 Understanding of temperature control systems and heat transfer oil

circulation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
