Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Recovery Telecaller to join our collections team. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers for overdue payments, maintaining recovery records, and ensuring timely follow-up while maintaining professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for EMI/payment recovery.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending dues and payment commitments.
- Maintain accurate call records and update recovery status in the system.
- Handle customer queries related to payments and settlements.
- Coordinate with field recovery executives when required.
- Achieve monthly recovery targets assigned by the company.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and calling software handling.
- Ability to manage pressure and recovery targets.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of NBFC collection/recovery process preferred.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in tele calling, collections, or recovery process.
- Experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
