- Production Deployment: Directly implementing Microsoft 365 and AI solutions into live, complex customer workflows.
- Customization: Building tailored applications, API integrations, and automation workflows using tools like Azure, Python, and Low-Code/No-Code solutions.
- Customer Integration: Working on-site or directly with strategic customers to bridge technical gaps between their legacy systems and Microsoft 365 Cloud services.
- Product Feedback Loop: Translating recurring customer pain points and technical limitations into actionable product feedback for Microsoft’s internal product teams.
- AI/Copilot Specialization: Specifically assisting in the adoption of Microsoft 365 Agent Forward Deployed Engineering Programs, focusing on agentic workflows and security governance
