- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Facilitate effective communication channels within and between teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Avanade Scrum Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of agile project management principles and practices.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects.
- Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
- Skilled in risk identification and mitigation strategies within software development projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
