We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to lead our people operations and build a high-performance workplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development, leveraging AI-powered HR technologies to improve efficiency and the employee experience.
This role requires a strategic HR professional who can partner with business leaders, strengthen our employer brand, and develop scalable HR practices that support the company’s continued growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute hiring strategies across technology, digital marketing, sales, design, and corporate functions.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus hiring, and networking.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and hiring priorities.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

- Manage employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave management, and HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
- Utilize AI-powered HR tools for recruitment, resume screening, documentation, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Improve HR efficiency through automation and process optimization.
- Monitor HR dashboards and generate insights for leadership.
- Evaluate emerging HR technologies that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Address employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Resolve workplace conflicts through effective communication and mediation.
- Partner with managers to maintain a healthy and productive work environment.
- Track recruitment, retention, engagement, attrition, and workforce productivity metrics.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership review.
- Use data-driven insights to improve HR strategies and organizational performance.

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification is preferred.
