About the Role
We are looking for a mature, proactive and highly dependable Executive Assistant who believes in getting things done. This is not a routine coordination role—we need someone who can take ownership, drive execution, follow up relentlessly, and solve problems before they become obstacles.
The ideal candidate should be confident, resilient, and comfortable holding people accountable while maintaining strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, travel and daily priorities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Follow up consistently and keep teams accountable for deadlines.
- Draft professional emails, letters, presentations and business communications.
- Maintain MIS, reports, trackers and documentation.
- Assist in implementing and coordinating ERP, CRM and other business systems.
- Work closely with different departments to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively suggest practical solutions.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Candidate Profile
- Age: 35–45 years
- Preferably married and well-settled with long-term career stability.
- Strong execution mindset with a "Get It Done" attitude.
- Optimistic, proactive and solution-oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong personality with the confidence to follow up and hold teams accountable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a thick skin and professional maturity.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams or coordinating multiple stakeholders is preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong drafting skills for emails, business communication and reports.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and basic IT tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity.
- Quick learner for ERP and CRM platforms such as Zoho or similar business software.
- Strong organizational, planning and time-management skills.
Experience
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or similar roles.
- Experience working directly with senior leadership or business owners will be an advantage.
Compensation
- Final offer will depend on experience, competency and previous compensation. Salary revision will generally be within 15–20% of the candidate's last drawn CTC.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
