- Plan, manage and monitor daily shoe production as per production targets.
- Ensure timely production and dispatch as per customer requirements.
- Manage production manpower, work allocation and shift planning.
- Monitor production line efficiency, productivity and output.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, PPC, Stores, Purchase and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines and raw materials.
- Monitor production processes and minimize wastage, rejection and rework.
- Ensure production is carried out as per defined quality standards.
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
- Maintain daily production reports and analyze production performance.
- Ensure proper implementation of production SOPs and safety procedures.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns.
- Train and guide supervisors and production workers for better productivity.
- Maintain discipline and proper housekeeping across the production floor.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in footwear/shoe manufacturing.
- Experience in sneaker manufacturing will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of footwear production processes and production line management.
- Experience in handling factory manpower and production teams.
- Good understanding of production planning, productivity and quality control.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
