Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in sectors like industrial, warehousing, logistics, infrastructure, and commercial projects.
- Generate leads through site visits, cold calling, networking, and industry contacts.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable PEB solutions in coordination with design and engineering teams.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, project execution) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred) or Business.
- 2–5 years of experience in PEB, steel structures, construction, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of PEB concepts, structural steel, and project sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
