About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to end clients to introduce company services.
- Explain our offerings clearly and professionally.
- Follow up on enquiries, leads, and previous interactions.
- Identify potential business opportunities through calling and research.
- Maintain a pipeline of warm and active leads.
- Share daily/weekly performance reports with the team.
- Track lead progress and ensure follow-up until closure.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead nurturing.
- Handle basic inquiries regarding company services.
- Ensure professional communication at all touchpoints.
Requirements :
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Experience in tele calling, inside sales, or lead generation will be an advantage.
- Confidence in speaking with international clients.
- Ability to explain services/products clearly.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Experience calling for IT services, SaaS, or Zoho solutions will be plus.
- Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
