Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Staff Nurse to supervise nursing care, ensure patient safety, and maintain high clinical standards. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to handle critical situations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities1️ Patient Care
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
- Administer medications and IV fluids as per doctor’s orders.
- Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies.
- Handle critically ill patients (ICU/Cathlab/OT if applicable).
2️ Supervision & Leadership
- Supervise junior nurses and nursing assistants.
- Allocate duties and ensure proper shift handover.
- Guide and train new nursing staff.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to hospital protocols.
3️ Clinical & Documentation Work
- Maintain nursing notes and treatment charts.
- Ensure proper documentation of medications and procedures.
- Follow infection control protocols.
- Maintain stock of medicines and nursing supplies.
4️ Patient & Relative Communication
- Explain treatment plans and procedures to patients and relatives.
- Handle patient queries and complaints politely.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and comfort.
5️ Emergency Handling
- Respond effectively to emergency situations.
- Assist in CPR and life-saving procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments during critical cases.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
