We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Operations & Billing Coordinator to handle the day-to-day administrative and financial workflows that keep our business running smoothly. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations,managing invoices, handling basic customer accounts, and ensuring the office stays organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
- Billing & Financial Admin:
- Generate, review, and send out accurate daily/weekly client invoices.
- Track incoming payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and manage receipts.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records and input data into accounting software.
- Daily Office Operations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for daily office administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and physical mail, routing them to the right team members.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Logistics & Vendor Management:
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the team has what they need to work efficiently.
- Coordinate with external vendors, delivery services, and utility providers as needed.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
