Senior Finance Manager
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounts operations. The ideal candidate should have strong financial management expertise, statutory compliance knowledge, and leadership skills to support the organization's strategic financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall finance, accounting, and treasury operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
- Develop financial strategies to improve profitability and cost control.
- Ensure timely payroll processing and statutory remittances.
- Support business expansion through financial analysis and forecasting.
Requirements
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 8–15 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP software, Tally, or advanced accounting systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Preferred
- Experience in handling multi-branch or multi-company finance operations.
- Experience in strategic financial planning and business analysis.
