looking for a driven and technically sound Project Manager with hands-on experience in Electrical, ELV, and IBMS projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong project execution background and the technical depth to manage systems such as Electrical HT, LT, BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, VMS while effectively leading teams, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
KeyResponsibilities :
Plan,execute, monitor, and close projects covering Electrical, ELV, and IBMS scope from design through commissioning and handover.
Preparedetailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress reports. Reviewprojectdrawings, BOQs, technical submittals, and method statements. Coordinatewith clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Monitorproject costs andensure optimalutilization of manpower and materials. Supervisesiteengineers and subcontractors across project sites.
Conductsiteinspections, testing, commissioning, and client handover activities. Identify project risks and implement timely mitigation strategies.
Ensurecompliancewithsafety norms, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Handleissueresolution, change management, and escalations.
Supportbilling, certifications, and project closure documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies Strongtechnical knowledge of Electrical systems, ELV, and IBMS (BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, VMS). Provenprojectmanagementskills planning, scheduling, execution, and cost control. Ability to readandinterpret Electrical and ELV/IBMS technical drawings and specifications. Strongcoordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to managemultiple projects and teams simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset with sound decision-making ability. Proficiency in MSOffice, AutoCAD (basic), and project management/tracking tools.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree / Diplomain Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. PMPorequivalentprojectmanagementcertification is an added advantage. Certifications in IBMS / BMS/ELVsystemswill bepreferred.
Experience Minimum5+yearsofexperienceinprojectexecution with a focus onElectrical, ELV, and/or IBMS projects. Proventrackrecord ofmanagingcommercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects end-to-end. Priorexperience handling multi-disciplinary projects involving electrical and low-current/ELV systems.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
